Originally from New Jersey and raised in Puerto Rico, Elena moved to Texas in 1991, where she fell in love with the Lone Star State. With over 25 years in hairdressing—10 of those as an Artistic Chemical Director and educator for a globally recognized company—her passion for education and attention to detail made real estate a natural transition. Now, with over a decade in the industry, she thrives on guiding clients through buying, selling, and home staging, as well as hosting webinars on property tax protests and first-time homeownership.
As part of a military family, Elena holds deep respect for service members. She and her husband, Justin Martin—a successful Realtor and Air Force veteran—are raising their three children while balancing thriving careers. Known for her precision, client-first approach, and ability to make every transaction smooth, Elena is a trusted advocate in real estate.
